Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items, SOFIRN will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong purchase), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages, Missing Items, or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at us-service@sofirnlight.com.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate solution based on the specific case. This may include a replacement, refund, or other reasonable support at our discretion.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to product defects)
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing components
  • Products that have been modified, disassembled, or improperly used
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
