Is the membership free to join?
Yes. You automatically become an Aluminum Member after creating a SOFIRN US account.
How do I earn Tier Points?
You earn Tier Points through eligible net purchases on the SOFIRN US store.
$1 = 1 Tier Point
Please note:
- Tax and shipping fees are excluded
- Refunded orders will be deducted from Tier Points
How do membership tiers work?
The current membership tiers are:
- Aluminum Member — Join after sign-up
- Copper Member — 180+ Tier Points
- Titanium Member — 1000+ Tier Points
Once you reach a tier threshold, your account is upgraded automatically.
What happens if I return or refund an order?
If an order is refunded, the corresponding Tier Points will be removed from your account.
How do Reward Points work?
Reward Points can be redeemed for discounts and future savings on eligible purchases.
Higher membership tiers receive higher point multipliers:
- Aluminum: 1.0x
- Copper: 1.2x
- Titanium: 2.0x
